Build Battle ("the App") is operated by Street Trucks / Pistons and Ink. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
Vote data: When you cast a vote in the App, we record which truck received the vote (identified by its filename) and whether it was a like or a pass. We do not collect your name, email address, device identifier, IP address, or any personally identifiable information in connection with votes.
No account required: Build Battle does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
Local storage: The App stores your vote history locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device except in aggregate vote counts sent to our server.
Vote data is used solely to calculate and display the global leaderboard rankings within the App. We do not sell, share, or use vote data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating the leaderboard.
All truck photos displayed in the App are sourced from pistonsandink.com and are hosted on our own servers. We do not collect any data about which photos you view.
Build Battle does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, or any similar tools.
Build Battle is rated 4+ and is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal information from any user, this app is safe for all ages.
Aggregate vote counts are stored on our server and are automatically reset every 30 days as part of the monthly leaderboard competition. No historical vote data is retained after a reset.
Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to request, modify, or delete. You can clear your local vote history at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
