Corey Decker

I’m Corey Decker, a photographer, content creator, medically retired veteran, husband, and dad. I’ve always been drawn to cars, trucks, knives, gear, and pretty much anything mechanical or built with a purpose. Photography eventually became a way for me to take those interests and turn them into something creative.

A lot of what I enjoy is finding the story behind the build. I don’t just want to photograph a cool vehicle. I want to know why someone built it, what makes it different, and what it means to the person who owns it. That interest has given me the opportunity to photograph some incredible builds, meet some great people, and contribute to publications including Street Trucks, C10 Builder’s Guide, F-Series Magazine, and TREAD Magazine.

I’m also a bit of an EDC gear nerd. I enjoy discovering products, makers, and things that people might not already know about and putting them in front of a new audience. Whether I’m behind a camera, writing a feature, shooting a Reel, or just talking shop with somebody, I genuinely enjoy sharing cool stuff with people.

More than anything, I’ve reached a point in my life where I want to spend my time doing things I actually enjoy. My family comes first, and the work I choose to do is usually something I find interesting, believe in, or simply think would be fun.
