We do our best to accurately describe all items listed in our store. However, colors, sizes, and designs may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at checkout via our secure third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to customers within the U.S. Estimated shipping times and options are provided at checkout. Please allow additional time for custom or made-to-order items.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy for more info.

Custom or limited edition items may not be eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and logos on our website are the property of Pistons & Ink. You may not reproduce or use our designs for personal or commercial use without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pistons & Ink shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All items are sold “as-is.”

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchases will be handled in Marion County, Florida.
