Eaton to showcase TVS X3100 supercharger at SEMA Show 2026
The X3100 rotating group delivers 17% more displacement than the TVS R2650 and over 30% more airflow at 18,000 rpm and 14 psi of boost.

SOUTHFIELD, MICH. — Intelligent power management company Eaton today announced it will showcase its TVS® X3100 supercharger rotating group at the SEMA Show 2026, Nov. 3-6 in Las Vegas. Eaton engineers and product specialists will be on site to explain how the technology works and its performance applications.
The X3100 integrates features from Eaton's R-Series and V-Series rotor families with a three-lobe, high-twist rotor design. This combination increases airflow and efficiency at high speeds while maintaining a compact footprint.
With more than 3100 cc of displacement, the X3100 provides 17% greater displacement than Eaton’s TVS R2650. At 18,000 rpm and 14 psi of boost, it delivers more than 30% additional airflow and approximately 11% greater volumetric efficiency compared with the R2650 under the same conditions. The X3100 can operate at speeds up to 24,000 rpm, providing aftermarket supercharger partners greater flexibility to optimize airflow and performance for specific applications.
The X3100 capabilities achieves a pressure ratio approaching 2.4-2.5 and peak isentropic efficiency exceeding 70%, with some applications nearing 75%.
The X3100 leverages Eaton's proven TVS positive-displacement architecture to deliver rapid boost response and consistent airflow throughout the engine’s operating range, enhancing power, torque and drivability.
“SEMA is an ideal setting to demonstrate where Eaton’s supercharger technology is today,” said Nate Stewart, director, Global Product Line, Engine Air Management, Eaton’s Mobility segment. “Our engineers have created a next-generation supercharger architecture that will deliver more boost, greater efficiency and enhanced durability while maintaining the packaging flexibility our customers need.”
Eaton is a global leader in supercharger technology, producing more than 9 million units over the past 40 years. All Eaton supercharger components are manufactured using state-of-the-art processes and feature a patented rotor coating to improve efficiency. Eaton’s powder coating fills gaps between rotor lobes, tips and faces to mitigate air leakage and create a near-zero clearance between components, resulting in optimal performance.
