DECATUR, TX — Automotive aftermarket parts distributor Omega Holdings has acquired O2 COOL Manufacturing LLC, a Texas-based designer and manufacturer of HVAC systems for bus, trucking and specialty vehicle applications, founded in 2022.
O2 COOL will continue operating as a standalone subsidiary. Omega says the deal expands its systems category and adds U.S. engineering, manufacturing and research and development capability.
