Roadwarrior Introduces New Aftermarket Replacement for Detroit® EPA21 One-Box Applications
TORONTO — Roadwarrior Inc., a Toronto-based supplier of heavy-duty aftermarket emissions control products, has launched the Roadwarrior EPA21 One-Box, a patent-pending aftermarket replacement for Detroit Diesel EPA21 One-Box applications.
The new unit is built around the company's Metalcor catalyst technology and emissions-control engineering, and is intended to give fleets, repair facilities, distributors, and owner-operators an OEM-quality option that costs less and is easier to source than factory emissions systems.
Roadwarrior says it was the first company to bring an aftermarket One-Box solution to the North American market, and is now the first to offer an aftermarket replacement for Detroit EPA21 applications.
The EPA21 One-Box integrates the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) components in a single assembly and is available beginning October 2026 in two configurations. The C0390-DS combines the integrated DOC and SCR but ships without a diesel particulate filter, while the fully loaded C0390-FL includes the applicable DPF.
Both configurations are based on Roadwarrior's C0390 One-Box platform and cross-reference OE part number DDE EA6814900314. Each unit is backed by a 12-month Roadwarrior Care Plan. The company advises customers to contact an authorized Roadwarrior distributor to confirm vehicle fitment and select the appropriate configuration.
