Wilwood announces new big brake kit options using 13.06" and 14.00" rotors for the C7 Corvette (2014-19), running the OE upright and hub

Wilwood has added new front big brake kit options for the 2014-19 C7 Corvette that run on the car's OE upright and hub, with a choice of 13.06-inch or 14.00-inch rotors.

Buyers choose among three lightweight forged aluminum six-piston calipers according to wheel clearance, style or preference: the FNSL6R Superlite, the AERO6R Aerolite, or the new next-generation X-bridge XRS6R. The kits use a two-piece rotor on an aluminum hat assembly that Wilwood says tolerates heat cycles without distortion, improving longevity and consistency while reducing unsprung weight, and mounts easily to the OE upright. Installed kits remain compatible with the factory master cylinders, OE rear brake kits and ABS systems.

Calipers are finished in Gloss Black or Competition Red powder coat, with many other colors available at extra cost. The proprietary Spec37 premium-grade iron alloy rotors are 1.25 inches wide with 48 or 72 curved cooling vanes, offered either as black E-coated SRP drilled and slotted rotors with BP-10 street-performance pads, or as GTB slotted rotors with higher-friction BP-20 pads intended for street and track day use. Kits include aluminum mounting brackets and premium-grade hardware, with Flexlines sold separately to fit the application. MSRP starts at $2,498.90.
