Wilwood Disc Brakes Releases New HM7 Hydra-Mechanical Rear Caliper for Select Honda Civics and Acura Integras
New HM7 rear kits pair hydraulic stopping power with a cable-activated parking brake for 1988-2004 Honda Civics and 1990-2001 Acura Integras; MSRP starts at $811.38
CAMARILLO, CALIF. — Wilwood has released its new Hydra-Mechanical rear brake caliper, HM7, for 1988-2004 Honda Civics and 1990-2001 Acura Integras. The HM7 combines hydraulic stopping power with a cable-activated parking brake for holding power, all in a single caliper offering a lightweight alternative to factory drum or disc assemblies.
These new rear kits are fully compatible with ABS, factory master cylinders, and pair well with Wilwood front brake kits for these cars. Calipers are available in Gloss Black or Competition Red powder coat, with many other color options available (additional charges apply). One-piece, easy-installation, solid rotor choices are 9.37" x .39" with SRP Drilled & Slotted or Plain Face. The rotors are E-coated black for excellent corrosion resistance and are paired with Wilwood's BP-10 street-performance brake pads for improved friction.
Bolt-on brake kits include aluminum mounting brackets, stainless steel Flexlines, and premium-grade hardware. Parking brake actuator cables are sold separately using P/N 330-9371. Visit wilwood.com for more information.
