Zilla Carbon Fiber Turbo Inlet Upgrades for 2006-2010 and 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax

LAS VEGAS, NV — Pacific Performance Engineering (PPE) has introduced Zilla Carbon Fiber Turbo Inlet Upgrade Kits for 2006-2010 and 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax trucks.
The turbo inlets are handcrafted from 100 percent prepreg carbon fiber sheets and finished with a clear coat, a construction the company says elevates both engine performance and engine-bay appearance.
Through extensive testing and calibration, PPE says it developed a design that eliminates factory flow restrictions, reducing pressure drop while maximizing airflow. The company reports the results as improved engine performance, quicker throttle response, and better turbocharger operating efficiency. The kit also deletes the factory turbo resonator, removing flow interruptions and enhancing turbo sound.
Key features include quicker throttle response and more engine torque, improved turbocharger efficiency, handcrafted prepreg carbon fiber construction, retention of the factory CCV inlet on LBZ/LMM applications or the CDR valve on LML applications, and a flexible TPV coupler with clamps for installation. The kits are available in Twill Weave and Forged Carbon finishes.
Applications cover two kits: one for 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML trucks and one for 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ/LMM trucks. Product links are listed on PPE's press release page.
