Carli Suspension Introduces the All-New Ram 3500 ALAS Pathfinder System

LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA — We're excited to introduce the all-new Carli Pathfinder System for the Ram 3500 Auto-Leveling Air Suspension (ALAS), engineered to deliver unmatched comfort, control, and capability without sacrificing the truck's factory load-carrying capacity.
Built around our Carli SPEC 2.5" Pathfinder Remote Reservoir Shocks and lighter-rate Full Progressive Leaf Springs, this system takes ride quality to the next level. With compliance-focused shock tuning and softer rear spring rates, the Pathfinder delivers a noticeably smoother, more forgiving ride whether you're commuting, towing, or hauling.
Unlike our Pintop System, which prioritizes mechanical load support for trucks consistently operating near maximum payload, the Pathfinder puts ride quality first while retaining the factory air system's ability to manage loads up to the truck's rated capacity.
Updated Air Tank Relocation Bracket Configuration
With the introduction of the Pathfinder, we're also making a change to our ALAS system configurations. The Air Tank Relocation Bracket will no longer be included as a standard component and will instead be offered as an optional add-on.
Factory nitrogen tank locations vary by model year and configuration, and not all trucks require relocation to clear our Radius Arm Drop Brackets. We recommend the bracket for 2013-2018 trucks, while most 2019+ models will not require it. Clearance must be verified during installation. For trucks that do experience interference, the optional bracket relocates the factory nitrogen tank to the spare tire location, providing the necessary clearance.
Kits & Part Numbers
The new Pathfinder System is available for 2013-2025 Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the factory Auto-Leveling Air Suspension (ALAS). The system utilizes the same base kit across all model years, with year specific Full Progressive Leaf Spring Packs to ensure proper fitment.
These kits are scheduled to begin shipping in mid-to-late November!
