Customize Trail Lights With the New Wolfbox NomadPixel 5, the World's First Programmable Off-Road Pixel Lighting System
The 17,700-lumen lighting system combines long-range trail illumination with app-controlled pixel text, graphics and animations

Wolfbox introduced the NomadPixel 5, a programmable off-road pixel lighting system for SUVs and pickup trucks.
The system pairs two five-inch lights, each rated at 8,850 raw lumens, with an app that lets users display preset graphics, typed text or hand-drawn pixel designs, shown static, scrolling or flickering at several speeds and brightness levels. Wolfbox also positions the displays as a way to show messages such as HELP or SOS when out of mobile coverage.
As trail lights, the pair is rated at 17,700 lumens combined, with a driving beam reaching 1 lux at 275 meters. The lights carry an IP69K rating, operate from -40 to 65 degrees C, use die-cast aluminum housings and stainless brackets, and are backed by a five-year warranty. Presale pricing was $499 from September 15 to 29, with regular pricing of $639 from the September 30 launch.
