Green Rain Energy Holdings Announces Two New Driftwood Hospitality EV Charging Locations and Expansion Initiative into Las Vegas

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF. — Green Rain Energy Holdings has identified two more Driftwood Hospitality properties in Florida as potential sites for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, while also exploring an expansion into the Las Vegas, Nevada market. The new Florida locations are the Hampton Inn in Stuart and the Tru / Home2 property in Pompano Beach, both high-traffic hospitality sites where the company is evaluating charger deployment. The additions extend an existing relationship with Driftwood-managed properties and a wider pipeline of charging projects the company has been developing in markets including Florida, New York and California. In Las Vegas, Green Rain is in discussions with a property developer about combining solar generation with Level 3 DC fast charging, and is also evaluating possible office locations in the metropolitan area. Chief Executive Alfredo Papadakis described Las Vegas as an opportunity to pair solar generation with high-speed charging in a major market. The company says further updates will follow as projects move through evaluation, permitting and deployment.
