ORACLE Lighting Unveils the World’s First Lensless LED Headlight at the SEMA Show

METAIRIE, LA — ORACLE Lighting debuted a lensless LED headlight at the 2025 SEMA Show, removing the clear outer lens used on headlights for more than a century.

The design uses sealed modular LED emitters mounted directly in the assembly, each IP68 rated with active thermal management. ORACLE says removing the lens eliminates fogging, cracking, hazing, yellowing, oxidation and moisture intrusion, and that individual functions, including the daytime running light, high beam and low beam, can be replaced by the user with simple tools, often without removing the headlight. Removable mounting brackets and a paint-matchable housing are also part of the design.

The first fitment is the third-generation Toyota Tacoma, with Toyota 4Runner and Ford F-150 applications in development. ORACLE expected pricing of $800 to $900 per set and availability beginning in January 2026.
